It is based on a client therapist collaborative relationship in which the therapist will tailor the therapeutic approach to your individual needs.

  • Each person’s journey will be unique, taking different lengths of time to reach their personal goals. It is up to the client how long they would like to attend and when they have reached their journey’s conclusion.

    In general, the 50-minute sessions are scheduled for once a week, however, that can be discussed with each client to meet their individual needs.

  • Therapy is for anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of themselves or to improve their quality of life. It can be used by anyone who wants to work on resolving their issues and problems, It gives you an opportunity to talk to someone who is there to listen and support you.

  • It is perfectly normal to feel anxious when making the decision to attend your first therapy session, which is understandable.

    During your first session, your therapist will ask you some questions in order to get an understanding of your personal goals. Your therapist may ask you questions like what brought you to therapy at this time? Your therapist will discuss with you the practicalities of your session: how they work, and how often you will attend and will explain the confidentially and cancellation policies.
